SOHO & Egan Hospitality celebrate first High Street outlet in Republic of Ireland

SOHO Coffee Co. opened its doors in Dublin's vibrant Aston Quay this week.  Operated by Dublin-based hospitality specialist, Egan Hospitality - the holder of the Master Franchise Agreement for the Country - this unit is the first of a series of units set to open during the next five years in the Republic of Ireland.

The Aston Quay store occupies a prime location on the bustling banks of the River Liffey.  The new SOHO serves its signature organic and fairtrade Arabica coffee, together with an extensive range of food across all day parts; from hot and cold breakfast choices in the morning, through to jacket potatoes, sandwiches, salads and hot melts throughout the day.

The speed of service around the ‘grab and go' offer is already proving popular with time-pressed commuters and with contemporary seating for 25-covers and free wi-fi, the store offers a relaxing space for customers with time to dwell longer.

SOHO Coffee Co. Director, Penny Manuel, comments; "We are very proud and excited to be opening our first high street store in ROI with our franchise partner, Egan Hospitality. It is a great opportunity for us and the fit with Egan Hospitality - who have built their success catering for the highest quality events - is just perfect. We are looking forward to a long and fruitful partnership."
