SOHO Coffee Company’s new store opening in Austin Friars in London next Monday, 19th June, sees another milestone achieved in the company’s 2017 business strategy. The Austin Friars store is not only SOHO’s fifth store in London, it’s also the fifth of the eleven new stores planned for opening in the UK this year. The new location is fitting given the 13th century heritage of the area, when an Augustinian friary occupied Austin Friars providing visitors with refreshments and produce grown in the monastery’s garden. The brand, which offers high-quality, fresh food and Fairtrade, organic coffee seems right at home with the location’s foodie history.
The Austin Friars’ store follows just three weeks after the opening of a store at the O2 centre and is the company’s fifth store in the Capital.
Penny Manuel, Managing Director of SOHO Coffee Co., comments “Our London stores are proving to be crowd pleasers, and we’re delighted to bring to new customers in London our innovative menu which adds our own twist to classics such as the SOHO Caeser salad with kale and quinoa and showcases our strong, fresh hot food menu alongside our signature coffee”.
New stores are currently being prepared by the owner-managed chain for opening very shortly in yet-to-be-revealed locations.
