The independent, food-led coffee chain, SOHO Coffee Co. launches its new season’s menu today, 1ST April. In true keeping with the brand’s two key principles of ‘something for everyone’ and ‘customisation’, the new Spring Menu offers a lovely choice of hot and cold dishes from breakfast through to the evening, along with its signature, triple-certified coffee and a great new range of dairy-free smoothies.


SOHO’s amazing new NPD combo of Martin and Amanda have created some sensational taste profiles for the new season. Freshly prepared by hand, daily, in SOHO’s kitchen, new flavours include the vegan Onion Bhaji, Carrot & Aromatic Spiced Chutney Khobez and SOHO’s Roasted Red Pepper Humous Tabbouleh.


With food accounting for an increasing proportion of SOHO’s sales mix, the brand continues to expand its plant-based dishes; three quarter of SOHO’s ‘grab ‘n go’ chiller range is now vegetarian, half of which includes options for vegans. From the Aubergine, Tomato & Puy Lentil Salad with roasted sweet potato and red peppers, pistachios and House lemon & chilli dressing, to the new Primavera Salad featuring roasted tender-stem broccoli and courgettes dressed with lemon & basil oil.


Customisation and ‘real’ hot food sets SOHO apart in the market and their made-to-order breakfasts include vegan Avocado on Toast, topped with grilled tomatoes and flat cap mushrooms, drizzled with SOHO’s own pesto made with Cotswold Gold cold pressed rapeseed oil. ‘Lunch and later’ takes a Korean twist with SOHO’s popular ‘Slaw re-fashioned this Summer with Korean BBQ Sauce for a little extra kick across their SOHO Spud and Brioche Roll ranges, where it’s partnered with Pulled Pork or Halloumi & Avocado, with a whole host of extras.


New season breakfast sees the introduction of indulgent All Buttermilk Pancakes with Summer Berry Compote. Tropical mango and passion fruit punctuate the fresh menu; topping porridge, headlining Summer Sparklers and staring alongside the magical pairing of SOHO’s espresso with cacao & banana, in the new range of vegan, coconut milk-based Summer Smoothies. With an eye for detail, their new Passion Fruit & Coconut Cake tops the new summer billings and vegans will be pleased to know that Victoria Sponge, Carrot Cake & Apple Crumble Cake are all on the menu.
