Eligibility & Redemption

• The promotion is open to customers presenting a valid, original £5 SOHO Coffee voucher at the time of purchase with relevant code on reverse.

• Redemption Process: The unique voucher code located on the reverse of the voucher must be entered to redeem.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify voucher authenticity and refuse redemption if misuse or fraud is suspected.

Offer Structure & Value

• The voucher entitles the customer to £5 off their total order bill.

• Single-Use Only: The voucher can be used once only. If the total order value is less than £5, no change, credit, or cash alternative will be given for the remaining balance.

• Limit of 1 voucher per transaction.

Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions: Valid against any items available on the SOHO Coffee menu at the time of redemption, up to the value of £5.

Availability & Handling Conditions

• Voucher Voidance: Upon successful redemption, the physical voucher must be collected by SOHO staff.

• Vouchers must feature a clear, legible unique code. Damaged, defaced (prior to transaction), or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.

• Promotion is subject to the availability of stock and services at participating stores.

• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without liability.
