Sam Shutt, CEO of SOHO Coffee said about the new partnership,

“This collaboration with Pieminister is a fantastic opportunity for us increase our ‘good mood’ hot food offering, creating a real sense of place with a fantastic local Bristol business and we couldn’t be happier to share our passion for great food with travellers and coffee lovers at Bristol Airport.”

About Pieminister

One of Bristol’s biggest foodie success stories, Pieminister was founded in the city in 2003 by brothers-in-law Jon Simon and Tristan Hogg.  Twenty year’s later, Pieminister remains an independent family business and the pies are still made in Bristol in Jon and Tristan’s pie kitchens. Being a B Corp, the products don’t just taste fantastic, they come from a business that meets high standards of social and environmental impact.  In fact, Pieminister set out its own Pies, Planet, People goals in 2020, to drive its aim to become a truly sustainable food business. Covering everything from becoming net zero  by 2040, to sourcing deforestation-free, high welfare ingredients and using 100% recyclable packaging to converting unavoidable food waste into clean energy,  Pieminister’s goals are really ambitious for a business of its size.  But Jon, Tristan and their team believe anything less isn’t enough. Pies, Planet, People.
