Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is SOHO Coffee registered in the United Kingdom.

Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Entry Period
The prize draw opens upon receipt of the survey invitation email and closes at 11:59 PM (BST) on 04/05/2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the full survey form provided in the email. A valid and accurate email address must be supplied during submission. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a £100 digital voucher. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered. In the unlikely event that the prize becomes unavailable, SOHO Coffee reserves the right to substitute it with one of equal value.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

The draw will take place after 31/05/2025.

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey. If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of initial contact, SOHO Coffee reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered via email once the winner confirms their preferred email address for voucher delivery.

Data Protection
Personal data provided for the purposes of entering this prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Information will only be used for administration of the competition and to contact the winner. No personal data will be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

General

No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

SOHO Coffee reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Enjoy 25p off any size full price barista made drink, purchased using a reusable cup in participating SOHO Coffee stores
