our coffee

our signature blend

Our SOHO Signature Coffee comes from two farms - one from Brazil, the other in El Salvador.

We love that sourcing from two dedicated farms allows us to build meaningful relationships at origin and be closely involved in every step of the journey.

el salvador farm

Our coffee roastery partners, Clifton Coffee Roasters, launched The E1 Project in 2015, with El Salvadorian coffee producer Ricardo Lima.

Almost a decade on, E1 remains incredibly popular, known for its vibrant acidity, silky body, and notes of citrus, caramel, and cooking spices. It symbolizes progress towards a more transparent and rewarding supply chain.

brazil farm

Fazenda Inhame is a family-run farm in Campos Altos, the highest-altitude area of Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, reaching up to 1,200 masl. Owned by 5th-generation farmer Bruno Antonio Franco and his father Marcos, the farm has been in the family for over 50 years.

Campos Altos sits at the transition between the Atlantic Forest and Cerrado region, with a unique terroir and average temperatures between 18.6°–19.5°C. Inhame’s coffees are known for their clean cup, rich body, and balanced acidity.

The farm is UTZ certified and follows strict environmental and labour standards, including ecosystem protection, sustainable farming practices, and fair labour conditions.

roastery partner

We've partnered with Bristol-based, B-Corp certified Clifton Coffee Roasters to offer SOHO's Signature House Coffee. Clifton's mission centers on fostering direct, transparent, and ethically sourced coffee relationships.

They procure 90% of their coffee directly from origin, with their sourcing team traveling globally to establish and maintain partnerships that uphold economic, environmental, and socially sustainable trade.

Upon arrival at the roastery, each batch of imported coffee undergoes sample roasting to confirm its expected look and taste. The beans are then batch roasted under careful supervision, followed by daily quality checks to ensure consistency and excellence.
