Nothing says summer like an iced drink in hand, and SOHO Coffee has introduced two vibrant new options made for sunny moments.

The Passion Fruit Punch Matcha brings a fruity twist to the classic matcha, combining tropical passion fruit, orange and mango flavours with ceremonial grade matcha. For coffee lovers, the Brown Sugar Cold Foam Iced Latte blends a rich espresso latte with a velvety brown sugar flavoured cold foam for a perfectly balanced, indulgent cool-down.

Inspired by summer snacking and al fresco lunches, the new baguette line-up is designed for easy, flavour-filled grazing.

From the refreshing Avocado, Tomato & Rocket to the nostalgic combo of Ham, Cheese & Mustard Mayo, each option is layered with ingredients that pack a punch. The Tomato Ploughman’s adds a bold, tangy twist to the line-up, bringing a fresh take on a picnic classic, while the Chicken & Bacon Caesar delivers a satisfying mix of savoury and crunchy in every bite. For something simple and moreish, the Avocado, Cheese & Rocket is a go-to that’s full of flavour and freshness.

SOHO’s iconic, fan-favourite Jacket Potatoes have been gained two seasonal additions.

The new Smoky Red Pepper Chickpea option offers a plant-based powerhouse packed with flavour, while the Chicken Caesar brings a fresh take on a classic salad in jacket form. Comforting yet light, these dishes are perfect for when you want something satisfying despite the summer heat.

Salads are stealing the spotlight this season, with four vibrant, flavour-forward options that bring colour to every plate.

The Italian Chicken Salad offers a zesty, protein-packed choice, while the Beetroot Falafel Buddha Bowl is as wholesome as it is colourful. With a little spice and a lot of personality, the Mexican Street Corn Salad brings a bold, summery vibe that’s hard to resist.
