How to make an Espresso Martini

Being host with the most? Impress your guests with a show-stopping cocktail to perk up your evening or get the party started!
The espresso martini is a classic cocktail invented in the 1980’s and is super simple to make despite its edgy and sophisticated nature.
Ingredients
Recipe
- Start by making the sugar syrup. Put the caster sugar in a small pan over medium heat and pour in 50ml water. Stir & bring to the boil.
- Turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
- Put 2 martini glasses in the fridge to chill.
- Once the sugar syrup is cold, pour 1tbsp into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice, vodka, SOHO Signature espresso and coffee liqeur.
- Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
- Strain into the chilled glasses.
- Garnish each one with coffee beans if you like!
