"From a feather duster to cracking the whip! I originally came to SOHO Coffee Co. as a cleaner back in 2016. Penny (our Managing Director) enjoyed my outgoing, bubbly & lary personality so much that she asked me if I would like to join our Administrative team! I, of course, said yes and since then my responsibilities have grown and I now support our teams company-wide with Operations & HR.

I have found that one of my favourite parts of working at SOHO is building relationships with my colleagues - you'll find me sat nattering away to Nanny Ange who is my partner in crime! It's so important to enjoy being with the people you work with, especially considering you spend half your life with them. I think my love of helping people is part of why I wanted to be part of the Human Resources (HR) at SOHO, and I'm pleased to be able to support our teams day in, day out "
