Name: Puiyin aka Madam P.

Years at SOHO: 3 years (I started in 2019)

Favourite drink: Black Americano

Favourite item on menu: Bacon brunch

Signature drink: The London Fog (A North American speciality) - Apparently, it is not really popular or well-known in UK coffee shops, therefore I am proud to be able to make this speciality.

"When I came across an opportunity to work for SOHO Coffee Co. I was at a pivotal moment in my life and was looking for a new beginning. I knew about SOHO beforehand, and always thought that their stores were high end and yet welcoming. There was something 'fresh' about SOHO that made me want to take the pIunge and apply. I had a few other interviews lined up but for some reason, something in me was urging me to forget about the other interviews and go for SOHO. It all felt so right when I landed the job!

Since joining SOHO, I feel balanced. Going to work does not feel like 'going to work'. It feels like family. It isn't just the people, but also the environment itself that has made me feel safe, comfortable, and most importantly, happy. SOHO is a place I can be myself and is my sanctuary. My team at SOHO have helped me become a better version of myself. It really is rare to find a place that you can call home.
